Fuji-Q Highland is a thrill specialist that has held four Guinness world records at once, all staged directly beneath Mount Fuji. Fujiyama was the world's tallest coaster in 1996, Dodonpa held the fastest acceleration record, Eejanaika is one of only three 4th-dimension coasters ever built, and Takabisha's 121-degree drop remains the steepest in the world.

Queues are long and the Sengoku-era haunted hospital walkthrough is genuinely punishing, but the Fuji backdrop is unmatched.
