Opened in 1952 around the Fairytale Forest, Efteling has grown into the largest theme park in the Benelux and one of the oldest in the world. Its identity rests on immersive, hand-crafted storytelling — the Droomvlucht dark ride, the Villa Volta madhouse and the Symbolica palace sit alongside genuinely strong thrill hardware such as Baron 1898, Python and the wooden-steel duo Joris en de Draak.

The park spans roughly 178 acres of woodland in Kaatsheuvel, North Brabant, and runs year-round, with the Winter Efteling season a major draw.
