Tokyo Disneyland opened in 1983 as the first Disney park outside the United States and remains one of the three most visited parks on earth. It follows the Magic Kingdom template but adds a covered World Bazaar entrance, unique attractions such as Pooh's Hunny Hunt and Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast, and a level of operational polish and cleanliness that consistently tops guest satisfaction surveys.
Ticket prices are far below US Disney parks.
